“We have worked with Toast, a womenswear and home collection store, for a number of years, dealing with 20 of their high end fashion stores, as well as their distribution centre in South Wales.

At a basic level, we look after both fire and general risk assessments for them as well as monthly compliance reporting for all the stores.

However, we go forward further with competent advice, accident investigation, we created a custom company handbook and training programme and designed their ‘Toastbox Talks’ a bespoke H&S awareness program.

It doesn’t stop their though, we link with each of the store managers as their health and safety department – so their stores can ring us at any time an ask for advice about X,Y, Z.

So you can see how far we go, we’ve also dealt with building issues and interfacing with contractors, for example when shopfitters are renovating; ensuring safety is observed. This on-hand, detailed, thorough H&S retail service enables our clients focus on their core retail business, and keep their staff and customers happy”
