Health and safety packages ever more important with the big “return to work”
As restrictions continue to lift across the UK, more and more people are beginning to return to the workplace. However, there are a number of things employers need to be mindful of when it comes to compliance, such as Covid-safe systems and procedures regarding consultants.
Recently, we’ve heard from a number of business owners looking to provide a safe working environment ahead of their staff coming back to work. As well as employers navigating the new Covid-safe landscape, perhaps for the first time, there are also a number of businesses, staff and HR managers looking to refresh their training having maybe returned to the workplace but then had to go back into isolation after the ongoing second and third national lockdowns.
We’ve also listened to those businesses who are keen to ensure they are compliant with the law, however, long lockdowns have impacted some of these businesses, leaving them with much smaller budgets for things like training – even though it is more important than ever.
That’s why we’ve decided to package up our services into affordable bundles, which offer everything employers need for the return to work, whether that is for full time or part-time staff, as well as any contractors.
For example, HSM’s Health and Safety Office Ready package includes 50 licenses that will ensure your staff are fully compliant. They will be connected to one of our experts over the telephone to access an online learning and certification system. This package is usually available for £1,400 plus VAT, but is currently on offer for £650 plus VAT.
A fully comprehensive service, we’ve developed the HSM Health and Safety Complete Office Package which gives you everything you need for your office to be compliant in the current climate. This includes recommendations for Covid-safe systems of working for staff and consultants and 20 training licenses to top-up or train any personnel in everything from fire safety and first aid to GDPR. There is also training included in the for display screen safety, infection control and many more.
Cerith Brawn, director at HSM, said
“We went to visit a client in London recently and like many others, they were concerned about how to safely welcome back their staff after such a long time away. Not only were we able to dispel some of the anxieties they were facing, but we were able to answer their questions and help them see more clearly – that health and safety really doesn’t need to be complicated.”
Office managers and directors and letting HSM take the strain out of being compliant, and enabling workplaces to be safe. Not only will this give them peace of mind, it will also fulfil your legal obligations too.
